At the request of Neo-China Group (Holdings) Limited (the "Company"),
trading in its shares and convertible bonds (stock code: 2528) has been 
suspended with effect from 2:30 p.m. today (23/3/2007) pending issue of an 
announcement regarding a transaction which the Company expects to be price 
sensitive.
